10. Data transfers
Caller data is stored in Supabase infrastructure located within the European Union during Phases 1 and 2 of the VoxMate rollout. In Phase 3 we will migrate to AWS eu-west-2 (London) for UK data residency. Where sub-processors process data outside the UK/EEA, transfers are covered by UK IDTA or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses as appropriate.
11. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, row-level security on our database, principle of least privilege for access controls, and audit logging for security-relevant events. We test our controls periodically.
12. Breach notification
We will notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting caller data processed on your behalf. Notification will include, so far as possible: the nature of the breach, the categories and approximate number of data subjects and records affected, the likely consequences, and the measures taken or proposed to address the breach.
13. Data subject rights
Where a caller exercises their rights under UK GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) against you as controller, we will provide reasonable assistance to enable you to respond within statutory time limits.
